You get in touch with AIESEC and you have a special interest in our Exchange programme
1. Apply online on live.aiesec.be by choosing ‘Internship’
2. Send an email to the VP exchange (marlies.naeyaert@gmail.com) with in attachment an elaborate resume and motivation letter (in English!)
3. Fill in the Job Questionnaire
4. Appear before review board to assess your application as a candidate

Once you are approved as an exchange candidate:
1. Pay € 30 non-refundable advance and pay € 10 membership fee
2. Sign the EP contract
3. Sign up on the intranet of AIESEC (www.myaiesec.net) and go through all necessary stages
--> use our PowerPoint presentation to do so
4. Make an EP form
5. Start looking in the database to find your internship
6. If you find some interesting internships and want to start applying, you pay the rest of the fee (190 euros) and ask the VP exchange to put it on ‘available’.

If you find an internship that you like:
7. Send an email to the responsible person for your internship, including:
- your CV
- motivation letter
AND send it in CC to your EP manager
--> your EP manager is an AIESEC exchange member that will support you and help you to find an internship

If you are accepted:
8. The company will ask your Student Acceptance Note (= a form in which you declare to take the job)
9. The company will send you a TN Acceptance Note (= form in which the company declares to hire you)
10. You are officially matched in the system of www.myaiesec.net
11. Your VP exchange will contact the responsible for your internship to make sure everything is ready for you to come and to get you all information about visa, vaccinations, transportation…

Now you are ready to pack your bags and leave! Don’t forget to keep us updated by mail or blog!
