• Summer Exchange: Development Traineeship (DT)

Development Traineeship (DT) is one in which the student has a direct interaction with local development projects in order to help an unprivileged group of people. This often happens in cooperation with NGOs. Although you will work in an NGO or project, the job description can be for a management, education, or technical profile.

o Profile: limited requirements on study or academic background. Preferred NGO working experience, student clubs or other organizations involvement.
o Time availability: 6 weeks-3 months

After graduation (long-term)

• Management Traineeship (MT)

Management Traineeship (MT) is a company-oriented traineeship including areas of administration, accounting, finance, marketing, project management or human resources.

o Profile: Graduates in finance, business administration, advertising, public relations, international marketing, human resources. Excellent English, French and German speakers are preferred.
o Time availability: 6-18 months
o Target countries: Western and Eastern Europe, Asia
o Skills: marketing/selling skills, presentation, project management, leadership skills, team management, client servicing, financial management

• Education Traineeship (ET)

Education Traineeship (ET) is one in which the job description involves the majority of time being spent either teaching a language, a subject or another aspect of education including curriculum development, character education, cultural interaction and perspective promotion in academic fields and sectors.

o Profile: linguistics/languages academic background. Excellent English or native French is very easy to match.
o Time availability: 2-6 months
o Target countries: India, Poland, Colombia, Ukraine, Turkey, China
o Skills: language teaching, presentation skills, training/facilitating, leadership skills, team management

• Technical Traineeship (TT)

Technical Traineeship (TT) is designed for engineers of different study-areas. This programme offers projects concerning web management and development, system analysis and design, software development and programming, network management and engineering.

o Profile: computer-related academic background, mechanic, electronic, information, civil or industry engineering
o Time availability: 6-12 months
o Target countries: India, Brazil, China.....
